　　當年唔知去灣仔京都還是海運看早場，其中〈烈火暴潮〉有一首歌Helpless，由Neil Young所唱。這歌寫成於一九六九年，出版於一九七零年，又是一首四十年前的歌。
　　之後一九七六年，The Band樂隊解散，上演了最後一場音樂會，馬田史高西斯拍成紀錄片，名為〈最後的華爾滋〉（The last Waltz），記錄了The Band與眾樂手一同盡興演出，電影公演時為一九七八年。
　　The Band與Neil Young除了jam音樂，亦演出了這首Helpless，唔知係未索K索得多，雖然Neil Young有點high high地，以此曲而言，始終覺得這個版本Neil Young唱得最為精彩，任其發揮，樂隊、和唱出色，獨特聲線散發無奈，感染力強。
　　看似悲觀，實在不失希望，因為有你同行。
