找Eagles 的歌，找到一首《Doolin Dalton》，出自大碟《Desperado》。Doolin Dalton是講述兩名亡命之徒的兄弟，想起小時候在電視上看到的一套電視片集，名字已記不起了，只知主角是韓立寶和格哥利，究竟片集內所說的兩個人，和 歌曲的兩兄弟有沒有關連？

報載老牌音樂人James Taylor獲頒Musicares年度風雲人物大獎，表揚他對音樂、藝術以至人道精神上的貢獻。原來James Taylor還有出唱片，好像最近出了一張精選唱片。知道這消息後，立刻找出他的一張舊唱片，重聽以前曾經非常喜歡的一首歌《Handy Man》。原曲節奏較快，經James Taylor以字正腔圓、內向、含羞答答的唱出，歌曲一出即大受歡迎，還奪得當年的格林美最佳男歌手。

始終覺得男女聽歌有少許分別，James Taylor唱這首歌唱得情深款款，喜歡這首歌的原因不是這是一首情歌，而是真的想當一個修理員，每天可以忙足二十四小時而已。

此 地聽英文歌已沒有市場，更何況是唱英文歌。曾經聽過一個名叫Susan Wong的女歌手所唱的歌，聲音帶點沙啞，感覺也不錯，只是有時覺得有點懶懶閒，這感覺好像叫慵懶。她主要翻唱一些舊歌，唱舊歌自然會和原唱的有比較，例 如唱《Stay awhile》，就不及The bells的女歌手唱得那麼性感。《Rainy Days And Mondays》則唱得較好，可能初聽Carpenters唱時，稍嫌Carpenters唱得不夠憂鬱和不夠自愛自憐。《If》還是喜歡聽Bread原 唱。

Susan Wong雖然小眾，慶幸還有人買她的唱片，售價好像也不廉宜。沒有宣傳、沒有電台播放，也可以出了三、四張唱片，成績也不錯吧。下次去買唱片時，也要一併找找她的唱片，買一張回來，增添唱片架上的色彩。
